Apply for Press Access to the Inaugural CSMA

The Carolina Soul Music Awards welcomes credentialed media to cover the Inaugural CSMA ceremony. Approved media representatives will have access to designated press areas, the red carpet, and select portions of the event for photography, video, and reporting.

Applications must be submitted in advance. Approved media will receive confirmation prior to the event.

What's Included

Red Carpet Access

Photograph and interview artists and guests on the official CSMA red carpet prior to the ceremony.

Press Area

Designated press seating and standing areas within the venue for photography and video coverage of the ceremony.

Press Materials

Access to official CSMA press materials, including event program, artist bios, and high-resolution images.

Media Credential Badge

Official CSMA media credential badge for venue access and identification throughout the event.

Requirements

  • Must represent a legitimate media outlet (print, digital, broadcast, or podcast)
  • Must provide outlet name, role/title, and contact information
  • Must agree to CSMA media guidelines and usage terms
  • Credentials are non-transferable and valid for the named individual only
